2. A/B testing

If a pain point is detected in the interface, running A/B tests with different design versions can confirm which solution works best.

3. Customer support log analysis

Support reports can reveal recurring problems users face with the product.

Cross-referencing all this data makes it possible to identify which problems are most critical and need to be addressed right away.

Turning pain points into opportunities for improvement

Not every problem detected in the user experience is a bad thing. Many of them represent opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Some key strategies include:
